Refund policy

- Order cannot be changed after order confirmation.

- No refund due to customer sizing error. Sizing is customer’s responsibility 

- Incorrect shipping address cannot be changed after order is sent out. If sent to the wrong address customer must pay £5 for the order to be reshipped.

- PressedByNS is not responsible for shipping courier errors, once the order is scanned into the courier system it is no longer PressedByNS’s responsibility.

- No returns or exchanges.
